PO Box Update: Still trying to recover Box 12084 (as opposed to opening a new box and then needing to update everyone’s address books/accounts). Should have more info next week.
Venue: Alyssa looked at Garden Club (question about insurance requirements?). Kicking tires on City Hall w/new administration
Organizational Management: Reached out to Pac/West who provides organizational management services to Salem City Club. This may be a good option for us on the operations side, depending on their interest/availability.
Recruitment (!): It’s 2025! We’re in the “market” for new Board members and a President-Elect to support Thomas. Goal: all Board members come with at least 1 prospect next month. Sheet for input.
